LFY-607E Respirator Radiation Heat Resistance Test Instrument
Main purpose
It is mainly used for testing the breathing resistance of positive pressure fire air respirators when exposed to radiant heat sources.
Technical indicators
1. The sample holder is a metal head mold, which can simulate the actual wearing condition of the sample.
2. Radiant Heat Source: The radiant heat source utilizes a specially designed T-150 infrared tube with adjustable radiation power. The specially made curved surface radiant heat source support ensures that the emitted radiation waves from the infrared tube are fully reflected and utilized.
3. A cooling water circulation partition is provided. A closed-loop cooling water circulation system powered by a circulating water pump is adopted, which ensures the thermal insulation protection of the sample before the heat source acts. This minimizes the impact on the overall test environment temperature and improves the overall test accuracy of the instrument.
4. The distance between the radiation source and the center of the respirator mask lens can be adjusted: the test distance is 175mm.
5. Heat flux of the radiation heat source: 7.8 - 8.0 kw/m2;
6. The ventilator's breathing rate is 40 breaths per minute, and the breathing flow rate is 100 liters per minute.
7. Measure the breathing resistance of the respirator when exposed to a radiant heat source.
8. The test duration can be preset and the timing is automatic.
