Main purpose/Use 
Used for testing the thermal conductivity and compression heat resistance of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, cotton fillings, sheets and composite materials with heat insulation properties. 
Instrument Characteristics 
1. It is equipped with a constant temperature heating system that can stabilize the temperature to room temperature (400 ± 0.5) ℃. 
2. The copper calorimeter with high precision and high timeliness for temperature measurement meets the testing accuracy requirements. 
3. Equipped with an automatic system for determining the presence of copper calorimeters 
4. The dedicated data acquisition and automatic control system can display in real time the correlation between the temperature rise curve on the back of the sample, the pain curve of human tissue, and the secondary burn curve. 
Technical Specifications

1. Heating surface: The size should be at least 200mm × 200mm, and the heating temperature range is from room temperature to (400 ± 0.5)℃. 
2. Heat-conducting plate: Dimensions 140mm × 140mm × 6.4mm, with a built-in temperature sensor; 
3. Copper calorimeter: A copper plate with a mass of 18.0g and an exposed area of 12.57cm², with 4 J-type thermocouples evenly divided at 120° and centered on the plate. 
4. Sample size: (100 ± 2) mm × (150 ± 2) mm; 
5. Exposure temperature: Test temperature (280 ± 0.5) °C; Calibration temperature (200 ± 0.5) °C; 
6. Contact pressure: 3 kPa; 
7. Exposure time accuracy: ±0.1 seconds; 
8. Power Supply: 220V, 50Hz.
