LFY-215E Medical Absorbency Test Instrument for Gauze

Main purpose/Use 
The water absorption performance of medical absorbent cotton (which is made from mature seeds of plants belonging to the genus Gossypium of the Malvaceae family, after removing impurities, deodorizing, bleaching and processing) is measured. This comprehensive characterizes the water absorption performance of the medical absorbent cotton samples. (This medical absorbent cotton is mainly used as dressings in hospital clinical settings.) 
Instrument Characteristics 
1. Use the sedimentation test method. 
2. A constant-temperature water bath system with closed-loop circulation. 
3. Automatically process the test results, and the test results can be saved and queried. 
Technical indicators 
1. The water bath temperature is controlled at 20℃ ± 1℃. 
2. Digital electronic timer: 0 - 99.99 seconds, accuracy ± 0.01 seconds 
3. Equipped with a high-precision mass sensor with an accuracy of ±1% 
4. A cylindrical metal basket with an opening at one end, with a height of 80mm ± 1mm, a base diameter of 50mm ± 1mm, and a mesh size of 15mm ± 1mm - 20mm ± 1mm. It is made of copper wire with a diameter of 0.4mm. 
5. Data output items: Report results (absorption time, absorption volume), maximum value, minimum value, average value.
