Main purpose/Use 
Used for testing the particle protection effect of daily protective masks and other types of masks. Applicable to medical device inspection centers, safety protection inspection centers, labor protection inspection centers, drug inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, textile testing centers, hospitals, mask and respirator manufacturing enterprises, etc. 
Technical indicators 
1. The continuous and stable aerosol particles are generated by using a cold aerosol generator, and the solution can be easily added. 
2. The concentration of aerosols is measured using a high-precision PM2.5 sensor. 
3. The entire system is designed with particle leakage prevention, ensuring the safety of the experimenters. 
4. Aerosol Generator: Compatible with both salty and oily substances. 
5. Equipped with an electrostatic neutralization device for aerosol particulate matter. 
6. Install temperature and humidity sensors to display the current environmental temperature and humidity (temperature and humidity requirements: 25℃ ± 5℃, 30%RH ± 10%RH). 
7. The design of the door opening before the testing chamber ensures good sealing performance. It is equipped with operation gloves, making it convenient to replace the inspected masks. 
8. The test for protective effect uses a standard head model: 1 standard head model, which simulates the actual situation of a person wearing a protective mask. 
9. Protection effect for aerosol particulates: The concentration range of the test chamber is (20 - 30) mg/m3, adjustable settings are available, and the concentration fluctuation is less than ±10%; The aerosol generator produces particle size distribution ranging from 0.02 to 2 μm, with the mass median diameter: salt particles 0.6 μm, oil particles 0.3 μm. 
10. Aerosol concentration detection device for protection effect: Gas sampling flow rate (1-2) L/min, sampling frequency: 2 times/min, dynamic detection (0.001 - 100) mg/m3, accuracy 1%. 
11. The protective effect: The gas sampling tube is placed directly below the nostrils (inside the mouth). 
12. The protective effect is tested using a breathing simulator, which mimics the breathing condition of the human body. 
13. Respiratory Simulator: Sinusoidal airflow, frequency 20 times per minute, respiratory flow control (30 ± 1) L/min, respiratory flow range: 0 - 40 L/min. 
14. Instrument accuracy grade (precision grade): Grade 1 
15. Control System: The computer controls the testing process, automatically collects data, and is equipped with a dedicated computer and testing software. 
16. Computer automatic testing and display: Intra-cabinet medium concentration, intake gas medium concentration, background concentration; Automatically calculate: Protection effect; Data can be saved, output, queried and printed. 
17. Power Supply: AC 220V 50Hz
