Main application
Used for testing the particle filtration efficiency of daily protective masks, medical masks, protective suits, and respirators. Suitable for medical device inspection centers, safety protection inspection centers, labor protection inspection centers, drug inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, textile testing centers, hospitals, mask and respirator manufacturing enterprises, etc.
Technical specifications
1. Uses a cold aerosol generator to produce continuous and stable aerosol particles, and the solution can be easily added.
2. Uses a high-precision PM 2.5 sensor to measure the aerosol concentration.
3. The entire process has a particle leakage prevention design to protect the safety of the experimental personnel.
4. Aerosol generator: compatible with both salt and oil.
5. Equipped with an aerosol particle static charge neutralization device.
6. Pneumatic fixtures with protective devices, safe and convenient to use.
7. Configured with a temperature and humidity sensor to display the environmental temperature and humidity (temperature and humidity requirements: 25℃ ± 5℃, 30% RH ± 10% RH).
8. Equipped with a glass rotor flowmeter, vacuum pump, and laser dust particle counter.
9. Filter efficiency detection range: 0 - 99.999%.
10. Filter efficiency detection flowmeter range (10 - 100) L/min, accuracy 2.5 grade.
11. Filter efficiency sampling frequency: 2 times/min.
12. Filter efficiency particle concentration: (20 - 30) mg/m3; median diameter of count: salt particles (0.075 ± 0.02) μm, oil particles (0.185 ± 0.02) μm; geometric standard deviation of particle size distribution: salt particles ≤ 1.86, oil particles ≤ 1.60; dynamic detection range (0.001 - 100) mg/m3, accuracy 1%.
13. Instrument accuracy grade (accuracy level): 1 grade
14. Control system: Computer controls the test process, automatically collects data, and is equipped with a dedicated computer and testing software.
15. The computer automatically tests the gas concentration and calculates the filter efficiency; it can save, output, query, and print the test data.
16. Power supply: AC220V 50Hz
