Main application
The protective clothing anti-virus penetration testing instrument is suitable for testing the ability of protective clothing materials to resist the penetration of blood-borne pathogens and the ability of protective materials to resist liquid penetration. Working principle
The virus penetration ability is determined using a suspension containing alternative microorganisms under a certain fluid static pressure.
Technical Specifications
1. The instrument uses an air source capable of providing (20-22) kPa of pressure to continuously apply pressure to the sample, without being limited by the space of the test site.
2. The instrument has a pressure gauge to display the applied pressure, and the pressure can be adjusted.
3. The pressurizing medium used is compressed air.
4. The specially designed stainless steel penetration test chamber ensures a firm clamping of the sample and prevents the test liquid from spilling everywhere.
5. Transparent cover material: corrosion-resistant.
6. Square metal obstruction net: open space ≥ 50%; deformation ≤ 5mm.
7. The pressurization time can be set, with a digital timer, with an accuracy of ±1 second.
8. The instrument has a clamp capable of generating 13.6 N·m of torque.
9. The structure of the instrument is the same as the "Test Instrument Schematic Diagram" and "Test Chamber Structure" in the standard.
