LFY-711B Filter Respirator Resistance Tester

Main purpose/Use 
The LFY-711B is used to measure the breathing resistance of powered air-purifying respirators. It is applicable for the relevant testing and inspection conducted by national labor protection equipment inspection institutions and mask manufacturers for PARA products of close-fitting masks, open-type masks, and air supply hoods. 
Technical indicators 
1. Respiratory rate: (10 - 40) breaths per minute, adjustable. The test uses a respiratory rate of 20 breaths per minute and 25 breaths per minute. 
2. Inspiratory volume: 1.0L to 3.0L, adjustable. The test uses an inspiratory volume of 1.5L and 2.0L. 
3. Flowmeter: Range (0 - 500) L/min; Accuracy 3%; 
4. Micro-pressure sensor: Measurement range (-2000 to 2000) Pa, Accuracy: ±1 Pa; 
5. Head model: It can be viewed vertically upwards, vertically downwards, horizontally forward, horizontally to the left, and horizontally to the right. 
6. Vacuum pump: Not less than 100 liters per minute; 
7. Display and Data Processing: Touchscreen operation, highly scalable, stable control system. It can realize real-time monitoring and curve display of detection data, automatic evaluation of test results, data storage, export, and historical data query functions; 
8. Power Supply: AC 220V, 50Hz.
