Main purpose 
This is used for testing the salt particle leakage rate of medical protective masks, N95 masks, and respirators. It is applicable to labor safety protection inspection centers, medical device and pharmaceutical inspection centers, disease control centers, textile testing centers, mask and maskware enterprises, etc. 
Technical Specifications

1. The gas generation volume of NaCl particulate aerosol: more than 100 liters per minute. 
2. Average mass concentration of NaCl particles in the test chamber: (8 ± 4) mg/m³, with a deviation of ±10%, particle size distribution ranging from 0.02 to 2 μm, and the mass median being approximately 0.6 μm. 
3. Test Chamber: Made of stainless steel frame and vacuum tempered glass. The chamber has sufficient size. It has an adequate observation range and can meet the required movements (such as standing upright, foot movement, and rotational motion) as stipulated by the standards. 
4. Equipped with communication facilities, ensuring smooth communication between the personnel conducting tests outside the warehouse and the subjects inside the warehouse. The interior of the test warehouse is visible, allowing the testers to observe the progress of the tests. 
5. Treadmill: Running speed (5 ± 0.5) km/h, with timing function; equipped with emergency braking feature, capable of providing the test speed and incline as stipulated by standards. 
6. The diameter and length of the aerosol delivery pipeline should be large enough to ensure that the aerosol particles are fully dried. The radius of the curved parts of the pipeline should be large enough to minimize particle loss. The humidity of the air in the sealed chamber should not exceed 60%. 
7. Parameters of Sodium Flame Photometer: ① It can directly analyze NaCl aerosol; ② It can measure NaCl aerosol with a mass concentration range of 10 ng/m³ to 15 mg/m³; ③ The total aerosol sampling volume required is no more than 3 L/min; ④ The composition of the sodium flame photometer mainly includes a burner, a photoelectric converter, and a photoelectric measurement part; ⑤ Specifically used for detecting NaCl aerosol particles, it includes necessary filter modules to eliminate interference from other elements. The user is responsible for providing: liquefied gas tank and gas. 
8. Sampling mode: It has two modes: pulse sampling and continuous sampling. The electromagnetic valve for pulse sampling has a response time of less than 100ms. The breathing sensor (pressure or temperature sensor) responds to the inhalation and exhalation conversion process within less than 30ms. The timing device can record the total inhalation time and exhalation time. The air filter used during exhalation should have a filtration efficiency of more than 99.99%. 
9. The response time of the operating valve of the sampling selector is set at 100 ms. When it is activated, the airflow flows directly in without any restrictions. The minimum pressure change that the pressure sensor can measure is 5 Pa (0.05 mbar). The sampling flow rate of the sampling pump is 1 L/min. 
10. Equipped with a dedicated computer and controlled by dedicated software for testing. The software supports functions such as data storage, query, export, and printing. 
11. Control software testing system: It can display real-time data such as temperature, humidity, particulate matter concentration, and leakage rate; set corresponding parameters, provide action prompts, and automatically calculate the total leakage rate and evaluation results. 
12. Maintenance and calibration can provide technical support and solutions for normal testing and common problems during equipment usage. Proficiently master the calibration methods of sodium flame photometers. 
13. The instruments are divided into: testing chamber, control cabinet, and flame photometer cabinet. 
14. Configuration: Testing software, computer, sodium flame photometer, aerosol generator, walkie-talkie, gas conduit, providing treadmill, sampling device, etc.
