LFY-725 Temperature Characteristic Tester

Main application:
Suitable for the quality supervision and inspection departments of medical devices, drug inspection departments, manufacturers of heat pad-type medical devices, and manufacturers of warm packs. It is used for testing the temperature characteristics of the products.
Technical parameters:
1. Automatically collects the time and temperature data of 12 channels of samples through the temperature data acquisition software, and displays the temperature data and curves of each channel in real time. The sampling frequency can be selected, and the sampling time can be set.
2. Equipped with a dedicated computer and software to analyze and statistically calculate the heating time, maximum temperature, duration, and temperature guarantee time data of 12 channels, as well as the average values of the heating time, duration, and temperature guarantee time data of 12 channels after removing the maximum and minimum values. After inputting the product technical requirements indicators, the test results will be automatically judged.
3. The heating device consists of a heating element and a circulating constant temperature water tank.
4. The base padding material and covering material of the heating device:
1) Material: —Base padding material: 32 layers of gauze (2 layers)
—Covering material: Ordinary flat velvet (15 layers)
2) Size: Consistent with the surface of the heating element
5. Heating element: Length: 600mm, Height: 300mm, Width: 100mm. Made of 3mm thick hot-rolled stainless steel plate. The measurement surface is covered with an 8mm thick plastic plate (PP), and the surface is covered with two layers of padding. The surrounding part of the heating element is covered with 30mm thick expanded polystyrene.
6. Circulating constant temperature water tank: Circulates warm water to the heating device at a flow rate of 12L/min ± 2L/min (YY 0060) and 2L/min - 4L/min (QB/T 4903).

8. Temperature monitoring sensors for the heating area (surface of the plastic plate): 12.
9. Temperature of the heating area: The monitoring temperature of each part of the heating area (surface of the plastic plate) is 35℃ ± 1℃.
