The instrument uses a 10-inch touch screen to control the operation process and display the test data, with a resolution of 1024x600. 
2. The control box and the test box are separate units, which facilitates operation and prevents the test solution from contaminating the control box. 
3. The length, width and height of the instrument control box and the test box should be suitable for both boxes to be placed inside the biosafety cabinet for the experimental operation. 
4. Structure of the instrument test tank: It has five experimental stations (five 316 stainless steel test tank devices placed side by side), facilitating disassembly for sterilization. The five stations can conduct standard tests simultaneously or separately, and each can independently control pressure and time. The specially designed stainless steel test tank ensures a firm grip on the sample and is equipped with a liquid injection port sealing device to prevent leakage and splashing of the test liquid. The pressurization port and the liquid injection port are separated, operated independently, and prevent the test liquid from contaminating the pressurization port. A one-way stop device is installed to prevent backflow caused by accidental operation. 
5. The instrument uses an air source capable of providing an air pressure of (25 ± 1) kPa to continuously apply pressure to the sample, without being restricted by the space of the testing site. The pressurizing medium used is compressed air, equipped with a quiet small air pump. 
6. Square metal blocking net: Open space ≥ 50%; Bending at 20 kPa ≤ 5 mm. Special polytetrafluoroethylene pads and silicone pads ensure no leakage of liquid. 
7. The instrument is equipped with a clamping device capable of generating a torque of 13.6 N·m. It is also equipped with a 60ml syringe and a waste liquid collection box, which is convenient for handling and transportation. 
8. Select the test program according to the standard on the touch screen. On the test interface, the set pressure and the pressurization time are displayed. The pressurization time can be set, with an accuracy of ±1s. Adjust the ultra-precision pressure reducing device to conduct the test. Ultra-precision pressure reducing device: It adopts a direct-acting non-exhaust type, capable of adjusting the pressure from zero, with high-precision air pressure control and repeatability of ±0.5%F.S. The touch screen displays the real-time pressure. The pressurization pressure can be adjusted, with a range of 0 to 25 kPa and an accuracy of 0.5%FS. The pressure test points are: 0 kPa, 1.75 kPa, 3.5 kPa, 6.9 kPa, 7 kPa, 13.8 kPa, 14 kPa, and 20 kPa. 
9. The test data can be stored, queried, printed (using triple-proof thermal transfer label paper, and the printed data can be directly pasted onto the sample) and can also be exported to a USB drive.
