LFY-709B Respiratory Tract Aspiration Tube Airflow Resistance Tester

Main purpose/Use 
The respiratory tract aspiration catheter airflow resistance tester is mainly used to measure the airflow resistance of various respiratory catheters, and it is an important indicator for testing the performance of various catheters. 
Technical indicators 
1. Operating interface: Touch screen: 7-inch K600+ core / dot matrix 65-color 800*480 resolution, simplified Chinese. 
The various parameters of the human-machine dialogue are automatically running in the test mode. Real-time display of test data and automatic calculation of the air flow resistance data of the catheter are provided. Based on the test results, automatic judgment is made. If the test is不合格， an automatic alarm will be triggered. 
2. The tests include: nominal specifications, test frequency, print settings, testing, pressure values, time, calibration, and other function settings. 
(1) High-precision pressure sensor, measurement range: 0.01kPa - 30kPa, error ≤ ±1%. Resolution: 0.001kPa, error ≤ ±0.002kPa. 
(2) Flow output range: 0.1L - 40L/min, adjustable as per user's requirement. 
(3) Test duration: 0.1 seconds to 100 minutes, with an error of ≤ ±0.5 seconds. 
(4) Equipped with an onboard printer, which can print test data. 
3. The air resistance of the closed suction catheter was tested to ensure it met the air resistance limits for different patient groups: for adult use of the suction catheter, the expected transmission capacity is ≥ 300/ml; the maximum air resistance limit is 0.03 [hPa/(L/min)], with a flow rate of 30 L/min. For pediatric use of the suction catheter, the expected transmission capacity is 50 ml to 300 ml; the maximum air resistance limit is 0.07 [hPa/(L/min)], with a flow rate of 15 L/min. For neonatal use of the suction catheter, the expected transmission capacity is ≤ 50 ml; the maximum air resistance limit is 0.4 [hPa/(L/min)], with a flow rate of 2.5 L/min. 
4. Power Supply: AC 90V - 240V / 50Hz (adaptive to wide voltage range), total machine power: 70W. Net weight approximately: 20kg.
