LFY-706C Particulate Matter Filtration Efficiency and Air Flow Resistance Tester

Main Applications
It is used for testing the particle filtration efficiency of daily protective masks and medical masks, as well as measuring the obstruction performance of common fabrics and medical protective masks to a constant flow of air. It is applicable to medical device inspection centers, safety protection inspection centers, labor protection inspection centers, drug inspection centers, disease prevention and control centers, textile testing centers, hospitals, mask manufacturing enterprises, etc.
Technical Specifications
1. A continuous and stable aerosol particle is generated by a cold aerosol generator, and the solution can be added conveniently.
2. The aerosol concentration is measured by a high-precision PM2.5 sensor.
3. The entire system is designed with particle prevention leakage to protect the safety of the experimental personnel.
4. Aerosol generator: compatible with salt and oil.
5. Equipped with an aerosol particle electrostatic charge neutralization device.
6. Pneumatic fixtures with a protection device, safe and convenient to use.
7. Configured with a glass rotor flowmeter, vacuum pump, and PM2.5 sensor.
8. Filter efficiency detection range: 0 - 99.999%.
9. Filter efficiency detection flowmeter range (10 - 100) L/min, accuracy 2.5 grade.
10. Filter efficiency sampling frequency: 2 times/min.

Filter efficiency particle concentration: (20 - 30) mg/m3; median particle size: salt particles (0.075 ± 0.02) μm, oil particles (0.185 ± 0.02) μm; geometric standard deviation of particle size distribution: salt particles ≤ 1.86, oil particles ≤ 1.60; dynamic detection range (0.001 - 100) mg/m3, accuracy 1%.

13. Control system: Computer controls the test process, automatically collects data, and is equipped with a dedicated computer and testing software.
14. Computer automatically tests the gas concentrations in the upper and lower chambers, the resistance of the gas flow on both sides of the sample, and automatically calculates the filter efficiency; it can save, output, query, and print the test data.
