LFY-910 Safety Helmet Water Immersion Pre-treatment Box

Main purpose: 
This equipment is used for the water immersion and sodium chloride solution immersion of safety helmets. 
Technical Indicators: 
The water bath environment was controlled at 20℃ ± 2℃ for 3 hours with tap water; then it was maintained at 20℃ ± 2℃ for 24 hours with a 3g/L sodium chloride solution. 
Indicator Requirements: 
1. The test chamber is equipped with a heating device, a refrigeration device and a circulating water pump, ensuring that the constant temperature water bath is uniformly maintained at 20℃ with a control accuracy of ±2℃. The constant temperature setting and measurement are displayed digitally. 
2. The material of the box has the property of resisting corrosion by sodium chloride solution. 
3. The box body has the functions of collecting water from the top and bottom, and is equipped with a sliding waste liquid collector. 
4. Each time, 4 safety helmets can be immersed in water. The samples should be placed in two layers. 
5. Time Control: 1 second - 99.99 hours. Adjustable settings available, and a time alarm function is also configured. 
6. Power Supply: 220V 50Hz.
