Main application
This instrument is used for the pre-treatment of seat belts when water spraying forms water mist and for forced cooling to create ice.
Technical specifications
It can perform pre-treatment operations in special climate environments. Water mist spraying; Water mist spraying for forced cooling; 1 hour of treatment. Requirements:
1. The test chamber is equipped with a spray device, and the spray flow rate and spray time can be adjusted and controlled.
2. The test chamber is equipped with a low-temperature refrigeration system, and the freezing time and freezing temperature can be adjusted and controlled.
3. The test chamber has a forced drainage function to prevent the spray device from freezing during freezing.
4. The test chamber has a drainage pipeline for easy cleaning of the chamber and to prevent excessive ice formation on the chamber.
5. Time control: 1s - 99.99h, adjustable and configurable, and equipped with a time alarm.
6. Temperature control range: room temperature to -15℃, temperature control accuracy: ±1℃.
7. The test chamber can handle 3 samples simultaneously.
