This test chamber is used for the pre-treatment test of the safety belt's resistance to chemical substances.
Technical specifications:
It can complete the soaking, rinsing and drying operations in acidic and alkaline environmental conditions. Acid: 10% hydrochloric acid, 25% sulfuric acid, 15% nitric acid; Alkali: 5 mol/L sodium hydroxide; Oil: iso-octane. Pre-treatment for 4 hours. Includes liquid preparation equipment, cleaning devices, and a timer. Protective equipment, cleaning paper, etc.
Specification requirements:
1. All materials have the characteristics of being resistant to corrosion by oil, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and sodium hydroxide solutions.
2. The integrated test chamber for soaking, rinsing and drying, is equipped with an inlet device, an outlet device and a sliding waste liquid collector.
3. The rinsing chamber is equipped with a water flushing device; The drying chamber can be connected to the laboratory ventilation duct. (The standard requires drying in a natural state, and there should be no air blowing device.)
4. Special sample holding containers, which can rotate and position among the three chambers, are convenient for the integrated operation of soaking, rinsing and drying. There is one container for each of acid, alkali and oil.
5. Time control: 1s - 99.99h, adjustable and set at will, and equipped with a time alarm.
6. Each test can accommodate 3 samples.
7. Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
