LFY-273 Safety Belt Dust Test Chamber

Main application:
This instrument is used for dust pre-treatment of seat belts.
Technical specifications:
1. The volume of the test chamber is 1 cubic meter.
2. The test chamber is equipped with a sample rack assembly for related components.
3. Dry lime powder: (4.5 ± 0.5) kg.
4. Time control: 1 - 99.99 (hours, minutes, seconds) can be adjusted arbitrarily. It can automatically control the test process and is equipped with a time alarm.
5. The test chamber processes one sample each time.
6. The instrument includes a control box and the test chamber.
7. The instrument requires one air compressor, with an outlet pressure of 0.6 MPa and an air pipe diameter of 6 mm.
8. Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
Test process description:
1. Put dry lime powder at the bottom of the test chamber.
2. Install the sample in the test chamber.
3. Start the air compressor and connect the air source. Blow air into the air pipe every 5 minutes for 2 seconds.
4. Change the position state of the sample through the relevant sample rack assembly device every 1 hour.
5. Repeat this process for 5 hours. After completion, let it stand for 15 minutes and then take out the sample. Conduct relevant tests within 180 seconds.
