LFY-298 Organic Lens Wear Resistance Sanding Test Apparatus

Main purpose/Use 
This device is suitable for the sand-falling treatment of the wear resistance of organic lenses in personal eye protection equipment (goggles, face shields), and is used to simulate the friction resistance of the lenses. 
Technical indicators 
1. Equipped with a dedicated lens clamping platform 
2. Equipped with primary and secondary sand-falling funnel devices; 
3. The sanding medium is quartz sand with a particle size of 125 microns or larger. 
4. The abrasive material falls vertically to the center of the lens and forms a 45-degree angle with the lens surface. 
5. The rotational speed of the lens clamping device is 5 revolutions per minute. 
6. The amount of abrasive material falling is 60g to 80g per minute. 
7. Abrasive material quality: 400g; 
8. The sand dropping height is 635mm; 
9. Equipped with a sand collection box, the abrasive can be recycled for reuse.
