LFY-269 Cigarette Tip Dust Extraction Measuring Instrument (Vibration Method)
Main purpose/Use
It is used to measure the amount of loose tobacco at the end of cigarettes by using a vibration table, simulating the weight of tobacco that falls from the end of cigarettes during the manufacturing, packaging, transportation and consumption processes.
Technical indicators
1. By using a built-in high-precision electronic balance for automatic weighing during the vibration process on the vibration table, the weight of the tobacco dust that falls from the end of the cigarette onto the weighing plate is measured, and the end-drop tobacco index of the cigarette is determined. The entire testing process is fully automated, with little influence from human factors, and the testing speed is fast. The test results are automatically calculated, printed, analyzed and stored, resulting in high detection efficiency.
