LFY-287 Permeability Tester (For Cigarette Paper/Battery Separator/Exchange Membrane/Carbon Paper/Textile Clothing)

Main purpose: 
It is used for testing the permeability of cigarette paper, battery separators, exchange membranes, carbon paper, textiles and clothing, and paper products. It is suitable for use by testing institutions and manufacturing enterprises for the detection of permeability indicators. 
Instrument technical specifications: 
1. Differential pressure measurement range: 0 - 2000 Pa, with a relative error of no more than 2% (customizable); 
2. Flow measurement range: 0 - 30 liters per minute, with a relative error not exceeding 5% (customizable); 
3. Display operation: Large screen display, touchscreen operation; 
4. Sample holder: 2.00 cm² holder, 0.3 cm² holder, 6.45 cm² holder (customized as required); 
5. Print output: The micro printer directly prints the test data; 
6. Test results: Mean value, standard deviation; 
7. Gas: Compressed air; 
8. Available method A: Ensure that the airflow passing through the sample is stable at a constant flow rate. Measure the pressure difference formed on both sides of the sample under this condition, and calculate parameters such as the air flow resistance. 
Method B: By adjusting to create a constant pressure difference on both sides of the sample, measure the airflow volume passing through a given area of the sample vertically within a certain period of time, and calculate parameters such as the permeability rate.
