LFY-261 Leather Air Permeability Tester

Main purpose/Use 
The LFY-261 Leather Air Permeability Tester is used to measure the air permeability of leather and is applicable to various types of leather. It complies with the national standard QB T 2799-2006 "Method for Measuring Air Permeability of Leather". 
Technical indicators 
1. Glass volumetric cylinder: Volume is 100 cm³, with the smallest graduation of 1 cm³; The upper end is open, equipped with a ground-glass stopper, and the lower end has a inverted U-shaped glass air duct and a drainage pipe, the drainage pipe is controlled by a water flow control switch. 
2. Air Testing Chamber: Made of stainless steel, it is a hollow cylindrical shape with an inner diameter of 3.56 cm. The test area is 10 cm², and the error in the test area does not exceed ±0.5%. The special structure design ensures that the sample can be securely placed without any air leakage. 
3. Rubber air tube: Inner diameter 8cm to 10cm; 
4. Equipped with a 20℃ ± 3℃ constant temperature water bath control system; 
5. The instrument is equipped with a water shortage protection device; 
6. Pressure difference between the two sides of the sample: 0.98 kPa; 
7. Volume of air passed through the sample: 100 cm3; 
8. Timer: Accuracy 0.1 seconds.
