LFY-607F Textile Far-infrared Radiation Temperature Rise Testing Instrument
Main Purpose:
It is used to measure the temperature rise of fibers, yarns, fabrics, non-woven fabrics, protective clothing and composite materials after the test samples are irradiated by a far-infrared emission source with constant irradiation intensity for a specified time, so as to evaluate the far-infrared performance of the samples and verify the effectiveness of their warmth retention, heat scattering and healthcare functions.
Technical Parameters:
1.Measurement wavelength range: 5μm–14μm, covering the main wavebands of far-infrared rays.
2.Far-infrared radiation source: radiation power 150 W, surface radiation source with a diameter of 60 mm–80 mm, ensuring uniform heating of the test sample.
3.Standard blackbody plate: emissivity≥0.95, used as the test reference to meet the testing requirements of different samples.
4.Point temperature sensor: measuring range 15℃–50℃, indication error≤0.1℃, response time ≤ 1 s.
5.Effective area of the test plate: circular surface with diameter≥60 mm, temperature: 34℃± 0.1℃.
6.Measurement accuracy of far-infrared radiation intensity:±0.1%.
7.Sample holder and open cylindrical metal container conform to standard dimensions.
8.The whole operation is controlled by a touch screen.
