LFY-406H Anti-static clothing resistance tester
Main purpose
This instrument can be used to measure the point-to-point resistance, point-to-ground resistance, and internal resistance of cuff and wristband grounding devices of various anti-static clothing, groundable static clothing, and other insulating materials, thus reflecting the electrostatic performance of the tested materials.
Instrument characteristics
This instrument test device primarily consists of a flat-plate electrode setup and a high resistance meter. The fundamental principle involves applying direct current voltage of varying levels to the sample. The minute current flowing through the sample is sampled and amplified by a standard resistor, and then read from the high resistance meter. The digital display directly shows the resistance value, offering high precision, rapid display, good stability, and convenient reading.
Technical indicators
1. Adopt a highly integrated 3 1/2-digit digital display.
2. Measurement range: 1×103Ω to 1.999×1013Ω
3. Test voltages are: DC10V, DC100V
4. Test accuracy: ±5% for values ≦1012Ω; ±20% for values >1012Ω
5. Operating environment temperature: 20℃±5℃, humidity: 35%±5%RH
6. There are two voltage settings: 10V and 100V. Test contents: point-to-point resistance, point-to-ground resistance, and internal resistance of cuff and wristband grounding devices. (Cannot test: 6.4.5 groundable anti-static clothing system).
7. 1 set of cylindrical electrodes, 1 set of clip electrodes, 1 set of cuff test fixtures, 1 set of insulating support plates, 1 set of insulating strips, and 1 set of insulating clothing hangers.
