LFY-662A Fire helmet flame resistance tester

Main purpose

Used for testing the flame resistance of firefighting helmets.

Technical Specifications

1. The instrument consists of a burner, a radiant heat source, a thermocouple, a stand, a timer, and a combustion chamber;

2. Burner: Bunsen burner, with a nozzle diameter of 13 mm±3 mm; the flame height of the Bunsen burner is adjustable: the standard is 50 mm±1.5 mm, and the inner flame height is 25 mm±1.5 mm;

3. Temperature sensor: K-type thermocouple; temperature measurement range: between 1100℃ and 1300℃, indication error ±1%;

4. Radiant heat source: Utilizing a specially crafted T-150 infrared tube, the radiant heat flux is maintained at 10 kW/m2 ± 1 kW/m²;

5. Ignition method: automatic ignition; angle between the ignition position of the igniter and the horizontal plane: 45º±10º;

6. The ignition time can be preset, with a standard of 15 seconds;

7. Timer: 0-99.99s/m/h, indication error ±1%;

8. User-supplied gas: Industrial-grade methane.
