LFY-105A Yarn straight length tester

Main purpose

This instrument is used for measuring the yarn weft shrinkage and yarn straightening length in fabrics.

Instrument Features

1. With a minimum fixed spacing of 10mm, equipped with a transparent and visible fixture, the position of the yarn end within the holder can be directly observed;

2. A fixed load value can be set, with a measuring range of 200cN and a scale division of 0.1cN;

3. The speed can be set between 1 and 500mm/min;

4. The number of tests can be set;

5. Print and display the experimental results: elongation value under constant load, weave shrinkage ratio, average value, and CV value;

6. After the test is completed, it will automatically return to the starting position and wait for the second experiment.
