Main purpose

It is used for testing and analyzing the structural characteristics of yarn irregularity and unevenness in processes such as drawing, slivering, and spinning. It is suitable for cotton, wool, chemical fiber, linen, and blended yarn slivers. Advanced computer control technology is adopted, with user-friendly test software and a friendly interface. Advanced sensor detection circuits are used to ensure more precise and stable detection signals. The traction mechanism adopts a dual-drive mode to prevent yarn slippage. The large-sized roller ensures lower rotational speed, and the unique shock absorption design provides more stable transmission. The roller can automatically open and close, extend and retract, and can be used in reverse direction, reducing wear on the roller and extending its service life. The spectrum diagram can display wavelength values, and the unevenness curve can be zoomed in and out as desired, facilitating analysis. It also has enhanced data retrieval capabilities.
