LFY-113 Single Fiber Strength Tester

Main Application：

This tester is applicable to the tensile property test of various natural fibers, chemical fibers, special fibers, ultra-fine metal wires and other materials. Adopting microcomputer control, linear guide rails and ball screws with automatic data processing function, it can perform constant-speed tensile tests on single fibers. It is capable of displaying and outputting multiple performance indicators including breaking strength, breaking elongation, breaking work and initial modulus via printing. It is a high-precision professional instrument for testing the tensile properties of single fibers.

Technical Parameters：

1. Elongation Division Value: 0.01 mm. Suitable for testing samples with extremely short breaking elongation; upgraded resolution improves distinguishability of data fluctuation range.
2. Power-down Protection: In case of accidental power failure, intermittent power cut or abnormal power supply caused by ultra-low voltage, the instrument can automatically save current group data, ensuring intact retention of test results after restart.
3. Data Export: Data, graphs and sampling points can be exported in Word, Excel, TXT and other formats for easy storage, transmission and application. Exported sampling points serve as raw data sources, enabling operators to summarize and analyze product quality trends over a period by using graphing and data analysis software such as Origin.
4. Automatic Calibration Program: Adopts industry-leading external weight calibration technology. Operators only need to place standard weights and complete three simple steps to finish accurate linear calibration, with no need for manual knob adjustment or parameter modification via software. It features simple operation, high accuracy and stability (self-checkable data accuracy, leading domestic peer level).
5. Arbitrary Gauge Length: Any value within 5 mm～60 mm is settable, with automatic positioning by the instrument. It saves time on manual adjustment, greatly improves working efficiency and ensures testing accuracy.
6. Pneumatic Clamping: Breaking tests can be fully operated via the touch display controller.
