Main purpose
Used to measure the friction characteristics between yarns. 
Instrument Characteristics 
Using a direct current motor as the constant-speed driving force, the yarn runs at a constant speed, smoothly and quietly. 
2. The instrument is equipped with a highly precise force-measuring mechanism. It can automatically record the average force value exerted by the sensor and simultaneously display on the computer a curve depicting the variation of the force value over time. 
3. The friction coefficient testing system can display in real time the curve showing the dynamic friction coefficient between the yarns and how it changes over time. 
4. The yarn-drawing mechanism equipped with imported central bearings features smooth and reliable movement and has a long service life. 
5. Computer control, automatic data processing. Test reports can be printed, stored and queried. 
Technical Specifications
1. All the yarn guiding wheels are located on the same plane. The diameters of the upper and lower yarn guiding wheels are the same, and the diameter size is 20mm to 50mm. 
2. The center distance between the two upper yarn guiding wheels is (140 ± 5) mm. 
3. Center distance between the upper and lower guide spindles (280 ± 5) mm 
4. Input tension measurement range and accuracy: 0 - 500CN ± 1%
5. Output tension measurement range and accuracy: 0 - 500CN ± 1%
6. Friction coefficient range: 0 < u < 1
7. Yarn movement speed: (0.1 - 200)mm/min
8. Display content: Yarn movement speed, friction coefficient
