Instrument Usage
Based on the production experience of our hospital over the past ten years, as well as the usage and feedback information from users, a new type of single yarn testing instrument has been developed by integrating the technical level of single yarn machines from both domestic and foreign sources, along with the production scale and personnel technical quality of major domestic enterprises. It is mainly used to measure the breaking strength and breaking elongation of cotton, wool, silk, linen, and synthetic fibers.
Technical Features
1. Reliable performance. It adopts the CRE testing mechanism, has stepless speed variation, and the electrical part adopts a functional module structure with few connection lines, high integration, strong anti-interference ability, and brings great convenience for daily maintenance.
2. Easy to operate. It is controlled by a microcomputer, has self-correction function, has few operation keys on the panel, and the operator can understand it at a glance without the need for specialized training. It also has an error prevention self-locking protection function, significantly reducing the failure rate.
3. Complete result output function. Automatic data processing, display and printing. It can display and print: breaking strength, breaking elongation, breaking time, breaking work, and the average values of the above items in N times of tests, as well as the CV% values of the breaking strength and elongation.
4. Except for manual operation for sample clamping, the other functions are similar to those of a fully automatic single yarn machine, and the price is only one-third of that of a fully automatic single yarn machine.
