LFY-109T Special Fiber Wear Resistance Tester
Main purpose
The LFY-109T special fiber wear resistance testing instrument is mainly used for the determination of the wear resistance of special fiber materials (such as polytetrafluoroethylene fibers, high-temperature resistant fibers, aramid fibers, glass fibers, optical fibers, network cables, etc.).
Technical Characteristics
Special fixtures are designed for different samples, which neither damage the samples nor fail to ensure their clamping.
2. Non-contact photoelectric switch is used to detect the breakage condition of the sample.
3. The friction angle can be adjusted and can be determined according to the experimental conditions.
4. Abrasive selection: Use standard grinding wheel roller abrasives available on the market. This is convenient for sourcing materials and the abrasive installation structure is easy, allowing for regular replacement.
5. Equipped with different tension-preloading weights of various gears, which can be selected and used according to the test sample requirements.
6. The instrument adopts a uniform reciprocating friction method and conducts tests on ten positions. The test results have good reproducibility.
7. The computer automatically controls the detection and data processing. Through the test, the average number of wear-resistant times, the coefficient of variation of wear-resistant times, the maximum value, the minimum value, and the single values of each of the ten stations for each batch of tested yarn can be displayed.

8. Number of Friction Cycles: The experiment stops when the sample breaks at this station. The number is automatically counted.

10. The friction angle can be adjusted and determined according to the experimental conditions. The angles are 10°, 20°, 30°, and 40°.
11. A shielding cover is designed on the equipment to prevent the fibers from flying around.
