Main purpose

This instrument is suitable for measuring the shower penetration performance of both waterproof-treated and non-waterproof-treated textiles. 
Instrument Characteristics 
The instrument consists of two parts: the test host and the control device. The test host is composed of: a 45-degree inclined platform, a sample holder, a nozzle, an electric water valve for dispensing water, a water supply tank and a water collection tank. The control device is made up of: a water temperature control instrument, a flow timer, a humidity detection board, etc. 
2. The main components of the instrument are made of stainless steel, with a reasonable structure and easy operation. 
3. The spray system is equipped with an automatic water supply system and a constant-flow timing control function, featuring high levels of automation.

The PID control can precisely regulate the water temperature to be stable at 27℃ ± 1℃.
