LFY-252 Liquid Static Pressure Resistance Test Instrument for Protective Clothing

Main purpose

Used to test the anti-acid and alkali permeability and liquid static pressure resistance of the fabric of breathable acid and alkali protective clothing. 
Working principle

The resistance encountered by the test solution when passing through the fabric is expressed by the static liquid pressure that the fabric can withstand. Under an atmospheric pressure of 101.325 kPa, a continuous increasing liquid pressure is applied beneath the sample. This process continues until there are three instances of leakage, and the height of the liquid column at this point is recorded, which is referred to as the fabric's resistance to static liquid pressure.

1. Test solution: Different concentrations of acids and bases
2. Rate of test solution rise: (60 ± 3) cm/min
3. Maximum pressure: 150 mm of liquid column
4. Measuring range: 0 - 150 mm of liquid column
