Scope of Application

Test for the smoothness of opening and closing of metal, injection molding, and nylon zippers.

Instrument features
1. Force measurement system: composed of high-precision force sensors, 12-bit high-precision A/D conversion board card and PC computer force measurement.
2. Tensile sensor protection system: when the tensile force exceeds the sensor, the computer quickly determines to stop the tensile system and displays that the tensile force of the zipper has exceeded the force measurement range.
3. Automatic positioning function: using photoelectric isolation switch input/output board card, controlled by the computer to make the fixture position at any length within 80 - 220mm.
4. Automatic processing and display of test data and test report and strength - elongation curve;
5. Computer testing software functions:
A: Experimental data such as test date, number, material, model, displacement, detection unit name, manufacturer, etc.
B: Display and save test data: maximum force, minimum force, average force, CV value.
