Main application
It is used to measure the dynamic friction coefficient, static friction coefficient and coefficient of variation of dynamic friction between the surfaces of fabrics, and based on the measurement results, evaluate the smoothness, roughness and comfort level of the fabric. This instrument is also suitable for measuring the friction coefficients between materials such as carpets, paper, and rubber, and is an indispensable testing instrument for measuring the friction performance of materials.
Instrument features
1. Controlled by a computer, with 12-bit A/D data acquisition and high-precision force sensor. 
2. The interface is fully in Chinese, using the industrial control configuration MCGS software platform. It provides an intuitive display of test data and dynamic curves. The test results can be printed out in report form, saved to disk, or queried. 
Technical indicators 
1. The moving range of the friction head position is 0 - 40mm, with a speed of (48 ± 2) mm/min;
2. The bottom size of the friction head is a 25mm × 25mm stainless steel body with a height of 10mm;
3. The sample pressure of each setting is 24.5cN/cm2 (25gf/cm2), 17.6 cN/cm2 (18 gf/cm2), and 11.8 cN/cm2 (12gf/cm2);
4. The sensor accuracy is ±1%;
5. Test data: Static friction coefficient (μS), Dynamic friction coefficient (μK), Coefficient of variation of dynamic friction coefficient (CVμ)
